Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the fulfillment protocols for all commercial contracts, video ad productions, 3D animations, custom software platforms, and generative AI initiatives commissioned through Meeways (operated via meeways.in).

Clients, corporate procurement departments, and payment gateways (including Razorpay, Stripe, and authorized banking partners) acknowledge and agree to the following operational parameters:

• Zero Physical Goods: Meeways does not manufacture, package, store, or physically dispatch tangible goods, paper prints, physical hard drives, thumb drives, or boxed software.
• No Courier Logistics: No physical shipping carriers (such as BlueDart, DHL, FedEx, Delhivery, or India Post) are employed, and no physical airway bills (AWB) or tracking parcels are generated.
• Zero Shipping & Handling Charges: Clients will never be billed for postage, customs duties, packaging materials, or freight logistics. All fees reflected on invoices are dedicated exclusively to creative, engineering, and digital cloud compute services.

Every deliverable produced by Meeways is transferred using enterprise-grade, encrypted digital pipelines tailored to the technical discipline of the project:

Access links and download credentials are transmitted directly to the client's registered corporate email address and authorized WhatsApp briefing thread upon milestone readiness.

Delivery timelines are established based on the agreed project scope documented in the formal Statement of Work (SOW) or digital order configurator. Production timelines begin on the Kickoff Date, defined as the moment when (1) the initial token milestone payment is confirmed, and (2) all mandatory client assets and creative briefs have been delivered.

To maintain transparency and ensure strict compliance with international banking regulations and merchant gateway requirements (such as Razorpay and Stripe), Meeways adheres to verifiable electronic **Proof of Delivery (PoD)** standards:

• Formal Digital Handover Notice: Upon completing the final deliverable or milestone, Meeways issues a formal Electronic Handover Notice from hello@meeways.in containing the cryptographic download credentials, repository transfer link, or live production URL.
• Server Download Telemetry: Cloud transfer links track access timestamps, IP addresses, and hash validation to electronically verify that deliverables were successfully transferred to the client.
• Repository Transfer Acceptance: For software deliverables, the acceptance of repository ownership on GitHub/GitLab or DNS switchover to the live client domain serves as conclusive digital proof of delivery.
• Client Electronic Sign-Off: Clients confirm receipt via email response, digital sign-off, or milestone approval through their secure payment portal.

Because digital creative production and software engineering are iterative and collaborative processes, the punctual fulfillment of delivery schedules depends on timely client participation:

Clients are expected to provide mandatory feedback, brand assets (high-resolution vector logos, product samples, copy briefs, domain DNS access, API credentials) within 3 business days of a milestone submission.

We understand that commercial master assets represent significant brand investments. To protect our partners against accidental data loss or corporate hardware failure, Meeways maintains an enterprise archival standard:

• 1-Year Redundant Cold Storage: All master video edits, color grading project files, 3D scene files, and compiled codebases are retained in dual-zone, encrypted cold storage (AWS S3 Glacier / Cloudflare) for a minimum of 365 days following final project settlement.
• Free Emergency Master Re-Issuance: Should a client experience data loss, corrupted drives, or accidental server wipes within 12 months of delivery, Meeways will re-generate secure download vaults for all final masters at zero service charge.
• Source Asset Protection: Raw camera rushes (B-roll, unedited 6K/8K sensor footage) are preserved for 60 days following delivery, after which raw capture footage is archived or purged unless the client contracts dedicated long-term raw archival retainers.

Upon digital delivery of the initial milestone or rough-cut master, the client enters the **Quality Inspection & Revision Window**:

• Standard Revision Inclusions: Unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work, all projects include two (2) comprehensive rounds of creative revisions (pacing, color tweaks, typography, UI layout polish) submitted within 14 calendar days of initial delivery.
• Deemed Acceptance: If the client does not provide written revision requests, bug reports, or corrective commentary within 14 calendar days of digital delivery, the deliverables shall be deemed 100% accepted, complete, and fulfilled.
• Out-of-Scope Revisions: Revisions requested after the 14-day window or requesting structural script changes post-shoot will be scoped and billed as an add-on sprint.
