Orders & Payments

All prices displayed or quoted by Meeways are subject to applicable taxes and charges, unless stated otherwise.
Payments made through our website may be processed securely through authorised payment gateways such as Razorpay.
End-to-end 256-bit encrypted checkout via Razorpay. We do not store complete card, UPI, or banking PINs.
Project Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on the project scope, requirements, approvals, and timely submission of required content or information by the client.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed feedback, or client-side changes may affect the agreed timeline.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, logos, documents, and other materials required for the project.
The client must ensure that any materials supplied to Meeways do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Revisions & Changes
Revisions are handled according to the scope agreed upon for each project.
Requests that significantly change the original scope may result in additional charges or revised delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property
Final project deliverables are provided to the client according to the agreed project terms after applicable payments have been completed.
Meeways retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party assets, fonts, software, stock media, or licensed materials remain subject to their respective licences.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Some projects may use third-party platforms, hosting services, software, APIs, payment gateways, or other external services. Their availability and terms are governed by the respective providers.
